A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT AMENDING
RULES OF PROCEDURE—SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES
Section 2.50 of the Rules of Procedure of the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional
Open Space District is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2.50 Safe Deposit Box
The authorized signatories for entrance into any safe deposit box of the Midpeninsula Regional
Open Space District are any of the following: General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and
District Clerk.
RESOLUTION NO. 01-03
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space
District on January 31, 2001, at a regular meeting thereof, by the following vote:
