SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The election of a new Mayor and Council President requires the Council to update the list of signatories of
the City of McCall’s bank accounts.
Resolution 20-01 (attached) authorizes the new Mayor and Council President to sign checks and other
disbursements. Also attached is the Master Service Agreement with Appendixes A-1 and B-1 which are to
be updated if there are changes.
The signature authority for BessieJo Wagner, City Clerk, and Linda Stokes, City Treasurer, remains
unchanged.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 20-xx designating the Mayor and Council President as signatories on the City of
McCall’s bank accounts and authorize Mayor to sign all necessary documents
