SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, FEBRUARY 25, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The Special Council Meeting of February 25, 2013, was convened at 4:37 P.M. by
Mayor Eric Struemph.
ROLL CALL
The following Council Members were present at the time the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Henry, Luebbert, Pope, Prather, Scrivner, and Weber
Absent: Schulte
Arrived late: Carroll (4:45 P.M.) and Mihalevich (5:13 P.M.)
A quorum was declared present.
GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Struemph stated that, pursuant to Sec. 610.021 of the Revised Statutes of
Missouri, the Chair would entertain a motion to go into Closed Session at this time to
discuss the following:
a. Sealed Proposals and Related Documents [Sec. 610.021(12)]
A motion was made by Councilman Bob Scrivner to go into Closed Session for the
above - stated topic, seconded by Councilman Larry Henry, and approved by the
following roll -call vote:
Aye: Bray, Henry, Luebbert, Pope, Prather, Scrivner, and Weber
Nay: None
