SUMMARY STATEMENT:
A three year contract for McCall City Prosecutor was awarded to Williams Law, P.L.L.C. in 2007. In November 2010 a new Request For Proposal (RFP), for McCall City Prosecutor was approved
by Council. Following the bid period, a proposed contract was approved by Council and awarded to Williams Law, P.L.L.C. The approved contract was for one year, January 1, 2011 through
December 31, 2011, and carried a provision for a one year extension in 2012 and again 2013.
Attached is the proposed contract with Williams Law, P.L.L.C. for a one year contract extension. The extension is for the period of January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012 and carries
a provision for a one year extension in 2013. The proposed contract has been reviewed by City Attorney William F. Nichols.
Matt Williams will attend the January 5, 2012 Council meeting. He will be available to answer questions the Council may have.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the contract for McCall City Prosecutor with Williams Law P.L.L.C and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
