SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Resolution 12-03 updates the authorized signatures on the City’s safe deposit box. The safe deposit box is used as secure, off-site storage for critical records, including data back-up
discs, tapes and other media.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 12-03 and authorize the Mayor, Council President, City Manager, City Clerk, and Information Systems Manager to sign all necessary documents.
