~E IT RESOLVED by thc Mayor and Council of the Borou_oh of Carteret, (the
"Borough") that the attached contract ;vith ZIP Contracting for maintenance of the
clcx ator and dumbwaiter located at the Borough's Library/Senior/Community Center
is hereby approved.
lIE IT I;'URTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Borough Clerl< arc herehy
authorized to execute said agreen~cnt on behalf of the Borough.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this award is made without competitive bidding
that it is be[ow the bid threshold.
Adopted this 7m day December, 2000 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
December 8th, 2000.
