Because the cost of this project is less than $75,000, informal bidding was conducted. All bids/quotes will be opened on May 24, 2012. A complete list of bids received and a recommendation for award of contract will be made by staff at the City Council meeting. A sample copy of the contract signature page is attached.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Award the contract for the project and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
