SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This past October, the Public Works Department issued a Task Order to Horrocks Engineers to perform a new Inflow & Infiltration (I&I) Study of McCall’s sanitary sewers. This study included
a complete review of all previous work done by Holladay Engineering Company and CH2M Hill, a review of all technical data, such as lift station pump run times and pump capacity, detailed
water meter readings, water treatment plant and wastewater treatment plant flows. From this review, an analysis was done to determine the extent and magnitude of I&I. The details of
that analysis are included in a report prepared by Horrocks Engineers entitled The City of McCall Sanitary Sewer I&I Study, Phase 1 Report.
This report was previously distributed to City Council.
