SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The proposed amendment to McCall City Code is necessary because several codes were erroneously removed during the updates to Title 5 completed September 23, 2010. This proposed amendment
will enact a new Chapter 7 of Title 5 of the McCall City Code under a new title “Animal Control”. The ordinance is intended to protect the public from dangerous dogs and other dangerous
animals. The attached ordinance has been reviewed by the City Prosecutor and the City Attorney.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules and read by title only one time only Ordinance No. ____.
Adopt Ordinance No. ____ Amending Title 5 of the McCall City Code, approve the publication of the summary, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
