SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the March 22, 2012 meeting, the City Council reviewed additional information on assessed values, property tax assessments, water and sewer hook-up costs for Ski Ranch subdivision
No. 1, No. 2 and parcels located to the west of these subdivisions.
The total assessed value, for tax year 2011, for the parcels located to the west of the Ski Ranch Subdivision (including the Bank of Cascade property) is $1,704,240. The City’s FY12
levy rate is 0.005412071, which would result in a potential property tax assessment of $9,223 for the next fiscal year. The following is provided:
A listing of the ownership and assessed value of each parcel
Minutes from the last Council meeting where issue was discussed
Photo of the Bank of Cascade property
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Provide direction to staff on pursuing Category A Annexation for the parcels West of the Ski Ranch subdivision including the Bank of Cascade property as outlined the attached Table.
