SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Idaho Community Foundation offers a Southwestern Regional grant program for projects related to arts, culture, recreation, and other areas. The McCall Recreation Department wishes
to implement a beginning snorkeling program and is seeking funding for snorkels, fins, masks, and wetsuits. The McCall Library wishes to augment its story time program with a new program,
“Block Play Story Time”. Both departments are seeking funding for these programs, and have committed staff labor for project implementation.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize submission of Idaho Community Foundation grant applications for Recreation Department and Library programs.
