SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall was awarded Certified Local Government grant funding to conduct an intensive level survey of local historic properties. A private property owner has agreed to allow
the survey work to be conducted for two private buildings. A Request for Proposals (attached) for the work was released to eight historic preservation consultants, and one response
was received by the RFP deadline of May 25, 2012. Attached is the proposal by Trout Architects, Boise, Idaho.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the selection of Trout Architects for the scope of work outlined in the Request for Proposals for the intensive level survey project and authorize the Mayor to sign any necessary
documents.
