SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The McCall Area Chamber of Commerce is submitting requests and application pertaining to the July 4, 2012 Holiday. The events will occur on Wednesday July 4, Thursday July 5, Friday
July 6 and Saturday July 7, 2012. Following is a summary of items pertaining to July 4, 2012 that are being submitted by the McCall Area Chamber of Commerce for your information and/or
approval.
For approval:
Request for Suspension of the Noise Ordinance – request attached
Fireworks permit – The McCall Area Chamber of Commerce has executed an agreement with Garden State Fireworks, inc. for conducting a fireworks display over Payette Lake.

Request Open Container Ordinance
Request for Road Closure for 8:00 a.m. on July 4, 2012 thru 10:00 p.m. on July 7, 2012 for East Lake Street between 55 and Pine Street.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the request and suspend the noise ordinance.
Approve the fireworks display permit for July 4, 2012 and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents pending receipt of all necessary submissions.
