SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City has received the attached letter from the Valley County Board of Commissioners on June 21, 2012. The City of Cascade, which also contracts with Williams Law, PLLC, received
an essentially identical letter. Also attached is the current contract between the City and Williams Law, PLLC.
The Council may wish to consider discussing at least a portion of this matter in executive session, pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345(1)(f), because of the threatened litigation.
