SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City’s contract with Allan Morrison for Golf Professional services expires on October 31, 2012. This is the second contract with Allan. The first contract was from May 2003 to December
2007. It was renewed in October 2007. The golfing public and staff have been very satisfied with Allan’s services over the past nine years. Staff recommends that a new multi-year contract
be negotiated. The purpose of this work session is to review answers to earlier questions from Council, discuss potential terms of a new contract, and provide direction to staff regarding
contract negotiations.

Contract-Related City revenues and expenses for FY05 through FY12 year-to-date
City expenses for Clubhouse maintenance for FY05 through FY12 year-to-date
