CALL TO ORDER
The May 16, 2011, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor Eric
Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Bray, Carroll (arrived at 5:47 P.M.), Griffith, Harvey, Koon, Luebbert,
Schulte, Scrivner, and Weber
Absent: Pope
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilman Shawn Schulte will be giving a report on the Parks and Recreation Commission
meeting.
Appointments:
Mayor Eric Struemph stated there was an error in the list of appointees presented on the
agenda. He explained that the appointment of Mr. Burks to Board of Adjustment should be
removed from the list due to the fact that he lives outside the City. Mayor Struemph stated
that the name has been removed from consideration and will not be included in those being
presented for approval in the meeting tonight.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
