RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
ADOPTING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2001-2002
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District does resolve as
follows:
Section One, The budget for the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District for the fiscal year
2001-2002 is adopted as set forth in Exhibit A.
Section Two. An adjustment to the New Land Purchases budget category shall be made to
reflect any difference between actual revenue and budgeted revenue.
Section Three. Monies are hereby appropriated in accordance with said budget.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space
District on March 28, 2001, at a regular meeting thereof, by the following vote:
AYES: P. Siemens, D. Little, J. Cyr, K. Nitz, M. Davey
NOES: none
ABSTAIN: none
ABSENT: N. Hanko, L. Hassett
