AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB OWNER'S
LICENSE TO RIAZ JANJUA, SAFEWAY TAXI & LIMO INC. FOR THE
2011 -2012 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2011 -2012 License Term, trading as
SAFEWAY TAXI & LIMO, LLC,
WHEREAS, the qualification of the applicant has been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department and the said department recommends that a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2011 -2012 License Term be granted to the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue RIAZ JANJUA, a Taxicab Owner's
License for the 2011 -2012 License Term.
Adopted this 24 day of March, 2011 and
certified as a true copy of the original
on March 25, 2011.
