SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission consist of seven (7) members: four (4) appointed by
the Mayor with consent of the Council, and three (3) appointed by the Board of Valley County
Commissioners. All members must be residents of the city or the area of city impact for a period of at
least two (2) years prior to appointment (MCC 3.12.02).
There are currently 2 positions vacant on the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission. Fallon
Fereday has applied to serve on the Commission for one of these positions. Fallon Fereday lives within
the city limits and has resided there for more than two years.
Attached is the letter of interest and resume from Fallon Fereday.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Appoint Fallon Fereday as McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commissioner for a term of three (3) years,
expiring July 2015.
