SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Title 4 of the McCall City Code is outdated and needs to be re-written. There are sections of Title 4 that date back to 1949 and are no longer relevant. The attached memo calls out specific
sections for Title 4 that need amended or eliminated. Also attached is the current McCall City Code Title 4.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the initiation of the proposed code amendments to MCC Title 4 and direct staff to present a draft amendment at a future Council Work Session..
