SUMMARY STATEMENT:
In February 1998, the J.R. Simplot Company and the City of McCall entered into a Development and Subdivision Agreement (attached) for implementation of improvements associated with the
U.S. Post Office phase of the McCall Marketplace.
The J.R. Simplot Company has asked the City of McCall to verify the completion of the conditions of the Development Agreement by recording a Fulfillment and Satisfaction of Conditions
document. City Community Development staff, Parks and Recreation staff, and the City Engineer reviewed the project and determined that all of the conditions within the Development Agreement
have been satisfied save those ongoing requirements that would apply to new development articulated in section 3.075.
The City Attorney has also reviewed the Development Agreement and has prepared the attached Fulfillment and Satisfaction of Conditions document.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize Mayor to sign Simplot Development Agreement Fulfillment and Satisfaction of Conditions document.
