SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The appointment of a new City Manager or Interim City Manager requires the Council to update the list of
signatories on the City of McCall’s bank accounts.
Resolution 12-15 authorizes the newly appointed Interim City Manager to sign checks and other
disbursements and has an effective date of August 4, 2012.
The signature authority for Donald C. Bailey, Mayor; Laura Scott, Council President; and Linda Stokes,
City Treasurer, remain unchanged; however the bank requires that when any changes are made all
signatories must sign again.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 12-15 designating the Interim City Manager as a signatory on the City of McCall’s
bank accounts and authorize the Mayor, Council President, Interim City Manager, and City Treasurer to
sign all necessary documents.
