SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Staff is exploring options to address the Airport Manager position vacancy created with the resignation of John Anderson. Under consideration is contracting with TO Engineering some
of the current Airport Manager duties and assigning the remainder of the duties to existing city staff. The goal is to maintain the current high level of operation of the airport at
no additional budgetary impact.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Direct staff to develop a proposal for council review.
