AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSE FOR THE 2011 -2012 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for SAFEWAY TAXI & LIMO INC. for the 2011-
2012 License Term by the following:
RIAZ JANJUA
ZIA U. JANJUA
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to RIAZ JANJUA and ZIA U. JANJUA for the 2011 -2012 License
Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2011-
2012 License Tenn to RIAZ JANJUA and ZIA U. JANJUA.
Adopted this 24" of March, 2011
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 25, 2011.
