SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The attached memorandum details the appropriation of additional monies to be received from Federal and State grants; appropriation of Fund Balances in the General, Library, and Airport
Funds; and an Interfund Transfer from the General Fund to the Recreation Fund.
The attached Ordinance amends the FY12 Appropriations Ordinance (Ordinance No. 890) by appropriating additional monies in the sum of $580,971.
