RE: Volunteer event
I would like to suggest that the annual volunteer recognition event be held at 6:30pm on Tuesday, May
'7, prior to next month's meeting. It can be held in the Watertown Savings Bank Room, and then the
Trustees can move to the Trustees Room at 7pm for our meeting. That way, if people want to stay and
socialize and enjoy the refreshments, it won't be disruptive to the meeting.
I would also like to get a sense of how you would like the event to proceed and a budget as well. This
item will be on the agenda for discussion. Thank you.
