SUMMARY STATEMENT:
It is tiome to renew the lease for the Zerox printer/copier in the Police Department. Attached is the Boise Office Equipement agreement for a Xerox 7545 and Xerox 3635 Work Station.
The new agreement which includes, 2 devices, all service, labor and supplies and 3926 pages will replace the current agreement and lower the monthly costs for the current devices from
$639.42 per month ($7673.04 annually) to 625.00 per month ($7500.00 annually).
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the agreements with Boise Office Equipment and Wells Fargo, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
