CALL TO ORDER
The June 20, 2011, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor Eric
Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Bray, Carroll (arrived at 5:50 P.M.), Griffith, Harvey, Koon, Luebbert,
Pope, Schulte, and Scrivner
Absent: Weber
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bills 2011 -31 and 2011 -34 (Unilever Bonds) - City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus was
asked to present both of these bills together tonight when he gives the summary
information.
Bills 2011 -20 and 2011 -21 (Hedgewood Heights and Magnolia Place Subdivisions) -
Mayor Eric Struemph asked City Planner Janice McMillan if she could present background
on both of these bills together tonight since they are interconnected.
Bill 2011 -23 (Elmerine Neighborhood Improvement Project) - City Engineer Matt
Morasch was asked to be prepared to answer in the regular meeting.

The meeting adjourned at 5:52 P.M.
