SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Council members have requested the opportunity to review and discuss operations, priorities, and future activities for each Department in more detail. Each Department has been scheduled
for one of the work sessions in the next three months, on the following schedule:
January 19 (30 min): Library
January 20 (2 hours): Parks & Recreation, Golf, Information Systems
February 23 (30 min): Airport
February 24 (2 hours): Community Development, Police
March 22 (30 min): Clerk, Finance, City Manager
March 23 (2 hours): Streets, Water, Sewer
Staff has prepared brief Annual Reports for each department, to be provided at each work session. The Reports are intended to serve two purposes: provide background for the Council work
sessions, and provide an overview of each Department for the public.
Attached are the 2011 Annual Reports for the Golf Course, Parks & Recreation Department, and Information Systems Department.
