CALL TO ORDER
The July 5, 2011, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:48 P.M. by Mayor Eric
Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Bray, Griffith, Harvey, Koon, Luebbert, Pope, Schulte, Scrivner, and
Weber
Absent: Carroll
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Resolution RS2011 -13 (health insurance broker) - Councilman Dave Griffith stated he
plans to make a motion to amend this resolution in the main meeting to substitute
Wallstreet Insurance Company for Arthur J. Gallagher as the broker. Councilman Bob
Scrivner stated he may make a motion to table, depending on the discussion.
Councilman Rich Koon moved to amend the Regular Meeting agenda at this point by move
RS2011 -13 up for consideration by the Council immediately after the presentations are
made under Item 12, seconded by Councilman Bob Scrivner, and approved unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
