ABOVE- I RECENTLY RECEIVED A TICKET IN THE MAIL DATED BACK TO DECEMBER 13TH,
2018, THE CITATION READS THAT I WAS PARKED ILLEGALLY ON THE FRONT/SIDE, YARD
OF THE HOUSE THAT I WAS SUBLEASING FROM. I WAS LIVING IN TEMPLE CITY FROM
AUGUST 2018 UNTIL ]UST A FEW WEEKS AGO ON A 6 MONTH LEASE- I WAS UNAWARE
THAT PARKING ON THE YARD WAS NOT LEGAL. I HAVE RECEIVED A TICKET IN THE PAST
FOR PARKING ON THE STREET WHEN STREET CLEANING WAS SUPPOSED TO BE
HAPPENING, WHICH WAS CLEARLY MARKED ON A SIGN ON THE ROAD, I PAID THAT
TICKET WITHOUT COMPLAINT. THIS TICKET, HOWEVER, COMES AS A SURPRISE TO
IN MY LEASE WITH MY ROOMMATE, WE HAD AN AGREEMENT THAT I WOULD BE OFFERED
A "SPOT" ON THE DRIVEWAY TO MAKE IT SO I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO PARK ON
THE STREET EACH NIGHT, MY ROOMMATE HAD TOTALED HIS VEHICLE EARLIER IN
DECEMBER MAKING IT SO HE HAD TO RENT A LARGER CAR, AT THAT TIME WE BOTH DID
NOT FIT ON THE DRIVEWAY AND I STARTED TO PARK ON THE LAWN, I WAS UNAWARE
THAT I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO PARK ON THE LAWN. HAD I KNOWN, OR RECEIVED A
WARNING OF SOME SORT, I WOULD HAVE HAPPILY PAID THE $2 (OR SOMETHING
SIMILAR) PER NIGHT TO PARK ON THE STREET, ADDITIONALLY, I WAS UNABLE TO
DETERMINE WHAT CODE 9-1M-11 (A) (1) TCZC RELATED T06 100 NOT UNDERSTAND
HOW I CAN RECEIVE A CITATION FOR PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WHERE I AM A
TENANT, PLEASE ADVISE AS TO YOUR REASONING OF MY LIABILITY,
