CALL TO ORDER
The July 14, 2011, City Council "Brown Bagel" Meeting was convened at 7:35 A.M. by
Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Bray, Carroll (arrived at 7:40 A.M.), Griffith, Harvey, Koon, Pope, and
Weber
Absent: Luebbert, Schulte, and Scrivner
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Committee Reports
Councilman Ralph Bray stated he would make a report on the Historic Preservation
Commission under "Other Committee Reports."
Announcements of Upcoming Meetings and Events
Interim City Administrator / City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus will also make an
announcement about the Animal Shelter Groundbreaking Ceremony which will be at 9:00
a.m. on Wednesday, July 20, at the Hyde Park location.
He also invited the Council to attend the July 18 groundbreaking ceremony at the Hwy. 179
SSM Project which will be at 10:00 a.m. on that date.
