THAT I SHOULD NOT HELD LIABLE FOR THIS CITATION AS 1/21/19 WAS A HOLIDAY
(MARTIN LUTHER KING JR DAY). TEMPLE CITY CITY HALL SERVICES WERE SUSPENDED FOR
THE OBSERVED HOLIDAY• SINCE THERE WAS NO STREET SWEEPING PERFORMED ON SAID
DAY, THERE SHOULD NOT BE A CITATION FOR FAILURE TO OBEY STREET SIGN OF "STREET
SWEEPING/CODE 15.20A70 LACC", I HAVE INCLUDED PHOTOS OFTHE STREET WHERE THE
INCIDENT WAS LOCATED, DUE TO THE LIMITATION OF PHOTOS UPLOADED, ADDITIONAL
PHOTO CAN BE PROVIDED VIA EMAIL, IT CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THE STREET HAS BEEN
NOT CLEANED AND ATTENDED TO. THE PHOTO WAS TAKEN AT APPROXIMATELY 11:00AM,
THE TIME WHEN STREET SWEEPING CLEANING RESTRICTION ENDS, PLEASE SEE
ATTACHMENT BELOW FOR EVIDENCE PHOTOS. I AM RECENT GRADUATED COLLEGE
STUDENT AND THE REVERSAL OF THIS FEE WOULD ALLOW ME TO REPAY MY MONTHLY
