These properties were assumed to be located in the City limits until it was discovered as part of the City limits research that the parcels are located in the area of impact. The total assessed value, for tax year 2011, for the parcels located to the west of the Ski Ranch Subdivision (including the Bank of Cascade property) is $1,704,240. The City’s FY12 levy rate is 0.005412071, which would result in a potential property tax assessment of $9,223 for the next fiscal year. At the September 11, 2012, meeting, the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of application ZON-12-03 to City Council. The meeting included a public hearing at which no one appeared or provided written comment in favor or opposition to this application. The full land use file is available at City Hall, 216 E. Adopt the ZON-12-03 Findings and Conclusions 3.Suspend the rules and read by title only one time only Ordinance No___ 4. Adopt Ordinance No.____, approve the publication of the summary, and authorize Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
