RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENlNSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
ACCEPTING GIFT OF REAL PROPERTY(PURISIMA CREEK
REDWOODS OPEN SPACE PRESERVE - LANDS OF TABEL
AND DAMOTTA)
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District does resolve as
follows:
Section One. The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District does
hereby accept, with gratitude, the gift of the real property conveyed by Gift Deed from Eleanor Tabel
and Barbara daMotta which was recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on
January 22, 2001, in accordance with District Resolution No. 91-28, dated June 26, 1991, attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
Section Two. The General Manager of the District shall cause to be given appropriate notice to
the donors of the acceptance of this gift. The General Manager is further authorized to execute any and
all other documents necessary to the closing of this transaction.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space
District on April 25, 2001, at a regular meeting thereof, by the following vote:

I, the Acting District Clerk of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District, hereby certify
that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution duly adopted by the Board of
