SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Capital Matrix administers the Jeff Tunison Community Fund grant program which provides funding for economic development and job creation projects. The City of McCall received a Capital
Matrix grant in 2009 for the Krahn Lane study. The Community Development Department wishes to seek funding from the Jeff Tunison Community Fund for the Downtown Master Plan and Public
Art project. Specifically, the funding would be used for the marketing and implementation components of the downtown master plan. The application was submitted on November 2, 2012.
A draft copy of the application is attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Support the submission of the Capital Matrix Jeff Tunison Community Fund grant application for downtown master planning, and if awarded, authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
