CALL TO ORDER
The August 1, 2011, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor Eric
Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Bray, *Carroll (arrived at 5:50 P.M.), Griffith, Harvey, Koon, Luebbert,
Pope, Schulte, Scrivner, and Weber
Absent: None
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bill 2011 -51 (Reauthorization of festival districts) - Interim City Administrator / City
Counselor Nathan Nickolaus explained the various motions to amend which have been put
into writing and distributed to the Council. The issue was discussed. *Councilwoman
Carrie Carroll arrived during this discussion (5:50 p.m.).
