SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Title 4 of the McCall City Code is outdated and needs to be re-written. This ordinance in particular amends section 4.1.14 LIQUOR SALES PROHIBITED of the McCall City Code to align with
Idaho Code §23-927 that was updated in 2008 allowing liquor sales on Christmas and Election days; the ordinance updates the McCall City Code to coordinate with Idaho Code
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules, read by title only, one time only, Ordinance No. ___.
Adopt Ordinance No.____, amending Title 4 of the McCall City Code section 4.1.14 Liquor Sales Prohibited, approve the publication of the summary, and authorize the Mayor to sign all
necessary documents
