SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Horrocks Engineers began design and engineering for the Third St. Corridor Revitalization project in May, 2012. Work completed through September 30, 2012 included project initiation,
coordination meetings, DOC contract development, preliminary sidewalk design, surveying, topographical mapping, water system and storm water system final design, and construction bid
document development for the Fall, 2012 waterline and storm water project. The Idaho Department of Commerce requires formal requests for reimbursement of grant funds and periodic progress
reports in order to release grant funds. (See attached.) These forms require the signature of the chief elected official.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve submission of Request for Funds No. 1 and Progress Report for the Third Street Corridor Revitalization Project and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
