SUMMARY STATEMENT:
In October, 2012 a Request for Proposal (RFP) was posted for the McCall City Prosecutor contract. The current contract with Williams Law Office expires January 1, 2013. For FY13, $48,000
has been budgeted for Prosecutorial Services. The RFP deadline for proposal submission was November 30, 2012. The City received three proposals in response to the RFP. Proposals were
received from Matt Williams, Bert Osborn, and Jay Kiiha (see attached Proposals).
The City recommends selecting the proposal by Jay Kiiha.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Provide recommendation for selection of successful City Prosecutor proposal, and authorize the City Manager to proceed to contract negotiation.
