WOULD NEED TO MOVE OUR CARS OFF OF ROWLAND AVE BEFORE CONSTRUCTION
SINCE THE ROAD WOULD BE CLOSED TO ALL TRAFFIC, I'VE ATTACHED THE ROAD WORK
NOTICE AS PROOF, AT APPROXIMATELY 6AM THAT MORNING, I MOVED BOTH OF OUR
CARS OFF OF MY STREET (ROWLAND AVE) ONTO THE ONLY STREET THAT INTERSECTS
WITH OUR STREET (LEMON AVE). I FEEL THAT I SHOULD NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE
-
CITATION DUE TO THE EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE ROAD CONSTRUCTION
AND THE FACT THAT LEMON AVE WAS THE ONLY STREET ACCESSIBLE TO TEMPORARILY
RELOCATE OUR CARS WITHIN A REASONABLE DISTANCE, ALSO, THE STREET SIGN
INDICATING THE "NO PARKING" IS NOT VISIBLE WHEN TURNING FROM ROWLAND
