SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Mile Hi Bucking Bulls, a company out of Donnelley, has an advertised event planned for the second weekend of Winter Carnival, February 5, 2012. The original location they had arranged
for the event, fell through at the last minute. They are requesting the use of the public parking area behind City Hall to be used for their event. The event will primarily feature
bull riding. They have worked with The Chamber of Commerce, the Public Works Department, the Police Department, and the City Manager to determine if the location would be viable for
their event. They will charge $10 for each spectator that sits in the bleachers and $5 for those that are standing. The Chamber of Commerce is working out the details of the event.

Staff is proposing charging the $200 Hawkers and 5% of the event’s profits.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the event and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
