SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The McCall City Council adopted the McCall Area Comprehensive Plan in December 2007 and the Valley County Board of Commissioners adopted the same Plan for the McCall Area of Impact in
January 2008. The Future Land Use Plan (FLUP) is displayed in Figure 14 of the McCall Area Comprehensive Plan and identifies the future land uses. The FLUP has been amended to incorporate
other Area Plans.
After the City of McCall held a business park planning charrette, the McCall City Council and the County Commissioners adopted the Business Park Planning & Design Charrette: Conclusions,
Recommendations and Framework Plan report as a planning document.
Attached is a Resolution to amend the McCall Area Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Plan (FLUP) map (Figure 14) to incorporate the Framework Plan (p. 23) in the Business Park Planning
& Design Charrette: Conclusions, Recommendations and Framework Plan report. The FLUP map and the Framework Plan are also attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 12-05 to amend the McCall Area Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Plan map to add the Business Park Framework Plan.
