SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the August 11 and August 25 Council meetings, there were agenda items to discuss the potential annexation of a number of residential enclaves. A memo was provided for those discussions
(attached). Four areas were identified and discussed for Category A annexation: Timbercrest/Whitetail parcels, Deinhard Lane/Payette River parcels, Wanda Avenue/Davis Avenue parcel,
and Ski Ranch Subdivision and nearby parcels. The Timbercrest/Whitetail parcels and Deinhard Lane/Payette River parcels were annexed into the City of McCall at the February 9, 2012
meeting.
The Council requested aerial photos and plats of the Ski Ranch Subdivisions. This additional information is included for the parcels located west of Ski Ranch Subdivision and Ski Ranch
Subdivisions. No additional analysis for water and sewer extension has been completed.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Provide direction to staff on pursuing Category A Annexation for the following properties:
Wanda Avenue/Davis Avenue 18.7 acre parcel
Ski Ranch and Ski Ranch No. 2 Subdivision
Parcels west of Ski Ranch
