SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Each year, no later than April 30, the City of McCall must set and notify the County Clerk of the date and location set for the budget public hearing. Staff recommends the Council set
the FY13 Budget Public Hearing on August 9, 2012 at 6:00 PM in the Legion Hall.
Attached for Council’s review and approval is the recommended FY13 Budget Development Calendar.
Also attached is an FY13 Budget Development Calendar showing only the Council meetings.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the FY13 Budget Development Calendar, set the FY13 Budget Public Hearing on August 9, 2012 at 6:00 PM in the Legion Hall, and direct the Treasurer to notify the County Clerk
of the date and location of the FY13 Budget Public Hearing.
