SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Bobby Lawrence, a partner with EideBailly LLP, will present their annual report for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2011. Attached for your review is a draft of the FY11 Audited
Financial Statements. Final printed statements will be available at the meeting.
Also attached is an outline of the presentation pointing out highlights of the audit, the Management Discussion and Analysis (MD & A), the accounting environment today, financial highlights
contained with the financial report, single audit, and some non-financial information. The financial highlights section references the page number of the financial statements (not
the pdf page number) and points out the key information contained on that page.
