CALL TO ORDER
The September 1, 2011, City Council "Brown Bagel" Meeting was convened at 7:30 A.M.
by Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Carroll, Harvey, Scrivner, and Weber
Absent: Bray, Griffith, Koon, Luebbert, Pope, and Schulte
There was not a quorum present. No actions were taken. Council Members present were
allowed to ask Staff to explain some of the agenda items.
