SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Council members have requested the opportunity to review and discuss operations, priorities and future activities for each Department in more detail. Each Department has been scheduled
for a City Council Work Session.
Staff has prepared brief Annual Reports for each department, to be provided at each work session. The Reports are intended to serve two purposes: provide background for the Council work
sessions, and provide an overview of each Department for the public.
Attached is the 2011 Annual Report for Finance. The City Manager Annual Report will be distributed prior to the meeting.
