CALL TO ORDER
The September 6, 2011, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:47 P.M. by Mayor
Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Bray, Griffith, Koon, Luebbert, Schulte, Scrivner, and Weber
Absent: Carroll, Harvey, and Pope
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
2011 -55 (Contract for Moreau View Road Sanitary Sewer Extension) - After staff
answered questions, Councilman Bob Scrivner stated he would be placing this on the
Informal Calendar tonight.
2011 -57 (Adoption of 2011 -2012 Budget) - Councilman Koon stated he would be placing
this on the Informal Calendar tonight as the Council has not yet completed their budget
review process.
Presentations from Gallery on Specific Items: Bill Farr will is here tonight and will be
making a presentation on Resolution RS2011 -19, Adoption of the Cole County / Jefferson
City Hazard Mitigation Plan.
