RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WllEREAS, Section 8 oFthe Open F'ublic Meetings Act, Chapter 231 P.L. 1975,
permits the exclusion of the public fiont a meeting in certain circumstances; and
WHEREAS, this public body is of the opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of tile
Borough of Carteret, County o£ Middlesex, State of'New Jersey, as Follows:
I. The public shall be exclud,ed fi'om attending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. The general nature of the subject matter to be discussed is as follows:
